With this same objective, we at Maisaloon had customized an app for effective communication with our clients – Maisaloon Customer Portal App.
Maisaloon Client Portal App, is a convenient and a ‘single point’ access, which helps in streamlining the communication.
With this portal Maisaloon clients does not have to reach out to communicate by Email or message or phone call, to report a complaint/incident or to submit a client feedback. The Maisaloon Client portal App is developed as an interactive platform where reporting a complaint or incident at site is made easier just in a few clicks. On clicking the ‘Submit’ button, the app immediately notifies all responsible designations at Maislaoon group, by an alert message to instantly respond to the discrepancies and implement a ‘Corrective’ and ‘Preventive’ Action, after analyzing the ‘Root Cause’.
Through the ‘Maisaloon Client Porta App’ the client can track the status of their complaints or incidents logged, without even making a phone call or message.
Each User will be having individual login with a unique ‘User name’ and ‘Password’. Hence the details of one site or the user cannot be viewed by other sites or users, through this the ‘Maisaloon Client Portal App’ maintains absolute confidentiality of each sites and the user.
Following functions are currently available in the ‘Maisaloon Client Portal App’;
• Designated contacts of Maisaloon – Maisaloon assigns one ‘Area Manager’, ‘Senior Operations Manager’, ‘Quality Manager’ and ‘Head of Operations’. The required contacts such as Email ID, Phone number and ‘Watsapp’ number will be provided and can be contacted in a single click.
• Report a Complaint – A complaint can be reported by entering short descriptions.
• Report an Incident – An incident occurred at Site can also be reported with ease.
• Customer feedback – No More paperwork’s, scanning or email sending for submitting a customer feedback. The client can submit the feedback anytime as per their convenience just by a few clicks.
